The following is the e-mail response from Carrabbas Italian Grill when asked which of their menu items are vegan:
Thank you for your email.
We do not at this time have any standard Vegan menu items. Thank you for taking the time to send us your email. Someone mentioned that some of your pastas with pomodoro sauce would be considered vegan as well as your bread. Could you confirm that this is true (no dairy/eggs, etc.)? There are no animal products in our bread or our DRY pasta. We have two types of pasta in the restaurant. Fresh pasta contains eggs. Dry pasta does not. Our dry pastas are: rigatoni, capelini, spaghetti, penne, cavatappi, and linguine. Be sure to let the server know so they can be sure you get the right pasta. |
