The following is the e-mail response from Firehouse Subs when asked which of their menu items are vegan:

Thanks for your inquiry regarding any vegan menu items we may have. The only item on our menu classified as vegan would be our veggie sub, minus any cheese. Everything else contains animal byproducts or contains meat.
