We appreciate your interest in our products. To answer your question, animal by-products are used in our doughnuts. There are eggs (whites and yolks) and dairy products (including milk, butter, yogurt, whey, nonfat milk and nonfat whey). All enzymes, cellulose gum, lecithin, agar, rennet, locust bean gum, mono and diglycerides used to produce our doughnut mixes are all of plant origin.

The only product that does not contain any animal by-products is our coffee as it is plant derived.
