The following is the e-mail response from Paradise Bakery when asked which of their menu items are vegan:
The only item we have that is truly vegan is our garden vegetable soup. There are some items, like the vegetarian sandwich which can be altered to be a vegan sandwich. Please review our menu items on our website that has a full list of nutritional facts and ingredients for each sandwich and salad and breakfast item.
