    Heads up: P.F. Chang’s isn’t as vegan-friendly as their menu seems.

    I went to PF Changs yesterday, and our waitress told me that the sugar they use is not vegan (this particular restaurant uses Domino sugar, not sure about others). So for those concerned about bone char-processed sugar, none of the entrées, the lettuce wraps, dumplings, spring rolls, anything else that uses a sugar in a sauce can’t technically be called vegan.
