Does that mean there is no food I can eat? I’m allergic to milk, egg whites, soy, and beef.

At this time the Salad Bar is the only vegan food that Ruby Tuesday offers. You may also try speaking with your waiter to see if something can be custom made.

  • They have grilled veggies for sides now. I’ve had grilled asparagus that is very good.

They have a new menu item that I believe is vegan: Spaghetti Squash Marinara. It does look like it contains soy and MSG for those with those allergies, but passes in the egg/dairy/meat/gluten sections!

I was there last week and I got a pretzel bun which, from their allergy menu said had no eggs/dairy/etc, with guac and sauted veggies (mushrooms, onion, spinach, zucchini, etc). It was pretty yummy.
